Description

A structured, work-based learnership programme designed to provide unemployed youth with practical experience in the financial and insurance sector. It is a fixed-term learnership agreement (not an employment contract) focusing on call centre work and professional skills development.

Responsibilities

• Work shifts according to a pre-determined roster (includes weekends and public holidays)
• Attend on-site training one day per week to complete qualifications
• Perform tasks related to call centre work within the insurance/financial services environment

Qualifications

• Must have completed Matric
• Must be a South African citizen
• Must be between 18 and 35 years old
• Must have been unemployed for the past six months
• Must not have previously participated in an INSETA Learnership
• Must be computer literate (MS Office)
• No prior work experience required
• Must possess strong interpersonal, communication, and stress-management skills, be self-motivated, and willing to learn
